R. Trent Stephenson, P.E.
Trent graduated from the University of Florida in 1998 and has 20 years experience in the Tampa Bay market. He has been a licensed professional engineer in the State of Florida since 2003, and has expertise in a wide range of land development projects. In 2010, Trent opened an office in Tampa for an engineering firm based in Bonita Springs. Starting with just himself, the Tampa office grew to 20 people under his direction. In 2016, he opened an Orlando office for the same firm and has grown the Orlando office to 10 people in the past two years. Trent’s experience with both residential master planned communities and large scale commercial projects in the Tampa Bay area, as well as, running day-to-day operations of the Tampa office make him an invaluable leader with a focus on providing exceptional client services.
Eric S. Dunning, P.E.
Eric graduated from Florida State University in 2003 and has 15 years experience in the Tampa Bay market. He has been a licensed professional engineer in the State of Florida since 2008 and overseen numerous large-scale master plan communities. Eric is an expert in the technical design of projects and leads the design standards for the office currently. His ability to manage people, evaluate and solve complex problems make him an invaluable leader and resource for the company.
Brandon Wilson, P.E.
Brandon graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2008 and has 7 years experience in the Tampa Bay market with a total of 10 years experience throughout the State of Florida. He has been a licensed professional engineer in the State of Florida since 2015 and has designed and managed several residential and commercial projects. Brandon is highly intellectual and technically proficient, which enables him to deliver projects to clients in efficient and profitable manner. These traits separate Brandon from majority of engineers and make him a valuable member and leader to the company.
